Q: How do I access my personal fundraising page?
A: Follow this link:   http://www.active.com/activegiving the login is at the top right hand of the screen -> once logged in, choose “Campaign Center” at the top right hand of the screen -> then choose from any of the tabs “Customize my Webpage”, “Send Emails”, “View Reports”, or “Fundraising Tips”.

Q: How do I contact Active directly?
A: To contact Active by phone please call:  877-228-4881 between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm PST.

Q: How long has Katelynn’s Ride been in existence?
A: Kride began in 2001 and to date has donated over  1.4 million dollars in the fight against cancer.

Q: What organizations does Katelynn’s Ride support?
A: Katelynn’s Ride benefits Baystate Regional Cancer Programs Pediatric Oncology and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through its Jimmy Fund

Q: Who decides where my fundraising money goes?
A: You decide during the registration process.

Q: How do I register for Katelynn’s Ride?
A: Click HERE and link directly to the registration page.

Q: Will I need a credit card to register?
A: Yes. The registration fee of $50 is non-refundable and must be paid at time of registration. All
fundraising minimums are secured by your credit card

Q: What are the fundraising minimums?
A: Under 18 (as of 6/3/2012) $150;  18 & older (as of 6/3/2012)
$350

Q: Will I have the opportunity to purchase a Katelynn’s Ride cycling jersey?
A: Yes.  All riders will have the opportunity to purchase a KRide jerseys during registration.

Q: What is the fundraising deadline?
A: The deadline to meet your fundraising commitment is
August 1, 2012

Q: Where do I mail checks?
A: Checks should be mailed to Katelynn’s Ride, PO Box 755,
Springfield, MA 01101-0755

Q: When submitting gifts, do I use a rider ID?
A: No. All gifts will be processed by the rider’s full name. When
mailing checks to the PO Box, complete a deposit form (found
at the following link: http://main.kride.org/fundraising/

Q: How should I make out my checks?
A: All checks should be made out to “Katelynn’s Ride”.

Q: How do I find my personal homepage?
A: That information is in your registration confirmation email

Q: How do I start or join a team?
A: When registering, you will be asked if you are riding as a
member of a team, if you are the Team Captain and your team’s
name

Q: What are the fundraising requirements for teams?
A: Each rider is required to raise his or her individual
minimum agreed upon at registration

Q: Is Katelynn’s Ride held rain or shine?
A: Yes

Q: Will there be support on the road in case I need help?
A: We do have route patrol that will assist you with minor mechanical and medical issues.

Q: Can my family join me after the event?
A: Yes we encourage them to be part of the post ride celebration
